NVIDIA has halted plans to invest $100 billion in OpenAI due to internal concerns, The Wall Street Journal reported. The chipmaker, however, could invest tens of billions of dollars in OpenAI's current funding round. The $100-billion deal announced in September aimed to support at least 10 gigawatts of data centres and other AI infrastructure, built with NVIDIA components.
