The Bengaluru bench of the NCLT has issued a notice to Ola Electric in an insolvency plea filed by an operational creditor over an alleged default of ₹9.57 crore. The creditor said it had supplied automobile parts to Ola Electric and claimed total dues of ₹21.19 crore. Ola disputed the liability, citing warranty issues and spare parts supplied.
