Ola Electric will invest ₹2,000 crore in its subsidiaries Ola Electric Technologies (OET) and Ola Cell Technologies (OCT) to strengthen its EV and battery cell manufacturing businesses. The company's board has approved an infusion of ₹1,500 crore into OET and ₹500 crore into OCT through compulsory convertible preference shares. The funding will support its operational and business needs, it said.
