A US judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Sam Altman's sister, accusing the OpenAI CEO of sexually abusing her between 1997 and 2006. The judge said Annie Altman cannot pursue sexual assault and sexual battery claims because they expired in 2008. Sam Altman had denied the allegations, saying his sister has mental health challenges.
