OpenAI has added its coding tool Codex to the ChatGPT mobile app as competition rises in the AI code-generation market. The feature, earlier launched as a desktop app in February, is now rolling out in preview for iOS and Android users. OpenAI is competing with Anthropic, whose Claude tool has gained popularity among developers.
