PharmEasy co-founder Siddharth Shah has stepped down as CEO of the digital health platform's parent company API Holdings and will assume the role of Vice Chairman of the board. The company appointed Rahul Guha, who was President of Operations at API, as new Managing Director and CEO, effective August 27. Guha will continue to remain CEO of PharmEasy subsidiary Thyrocare.
