Founders Yashish Dahiya and Alok Bansal sold 0.82% equity stake worth ₹665 crore in PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, on Friday. Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and National Pension System Trust were among the buyers. Shares of the company dipped 3.8% during the day to close at ₹1,716.
