PVV Infra signed an LOI to acquire 49% in Aqua Dynamic Green Energy, with plans for 100% stake post lock-in. The ₹107.7 crore solar project spans 28 MW across Buldhana, Maharashtra, under a long-term PPA with MSEDCL. Operations are expected from April 2026, powering 45,000 homes and cutting 65,000 tons CO₂ yearly, aiding India’s 500 GW renewable target by 2030.
