Oracle (ORCL) CEO Safra Catz sold shares worth a whopping $1.8 billion recently, topping the list for the last quarter. Catz sold about 8.7 million shares in the software giant and still maintains a holding of 1.1 million shares. Oracle stock has climbed 63% in the three months ending June 30.
