Former Infosys CFO Mohandas Pai reacted to the record foreign portfolio investor (FPI) selling and rising geopolitical tensions affecting the Indian stock market, especially small investors. "SEBI should urgently allow listed companies to do open market buybacks again. Time to act," Pai said on X. "Cash-rich companies should buy back stocks to stabilise markets," he added.
