Spotify is nearing 700 million users, but experienced a $100 million loss in Q2 2025 due to increased expenses. The audio streaming platform added 18 million monthly active users (MAUs), marking an 11 per cent year-over-year growth, reaching a total of 696 million users. The increase was driven by growth in Latin America and the Rest of the World region.
