Australia-based Super Retail Group has fired its Managing Director and CEO Anthony Heraghty over his affair with its former Chief Human Resources Officer Jane Kelly, the company stated. The board had received new information about the relationship and concluded that "Heraghty's prior disclosures were not satisfactory", it added. The company also rescinded Heraghty's incentives.
