Tata Consultancy Services will lay off 2% of its workforce over the next year, Moneycontrol reported. The move will impact around 12,000 of the company's employees, primarily at middle and senior levels, TCS CEO K Krithivasan told Moneycontrol. Recently, TCS introduced a new bench policy, which mandates a minimum billing of 225 days/year, restricting bench time to just 35 days.
