The top five IT services companies' hiring fell down more than 105% year-on-year in the first nine months of the Financial Year 2026, Moneycontrol reported. At TCS, total employee strength declined to 5,82,163 at the end of Q3 of FY26, from 5,93,314 in the previous quarter. At Infosys, headcount increased by 5,043 whereas HCLTech's net employee addition was at 261.
