Congress MP Shashi Tharoor reacted after importer Wintrack announced the closure of import/export operations in India due to alleged bribery demands by Chennai Customs. "This is truly dismaying...Corruption remains rampant across the system," he said. "Most companies simply comply as part of 'price of doing business'...it mustn't be like this if the country is to grow and prosper," he added.
