US President Donald Trump has threatened to "massively" hike tariffs imposed on China after the latter announced plans to increase export controls for rare-earth minerals. Earlier, the US and China had reportedly reached an understanding on the trade of rare-earth minerals. "I have always felt that they've been lying in wait, and now...I have been proven right," Trump said.
