A judge in US' Nevada upheld ban on New York-based prediction market operator Kalshi from offering event-based contracts that would allow residents to bet on ​sports and other events without the firm getting a gaming license. Nevada is the only state to secure a court-enforced, in effect ban ​against Kalshi. The judge extended earlier 14-day restraining order till April 17.
