Veteran banker and GQuant Founder Shankar Sharma called India "dumbest IPO market that ever existed in history" amid criticism over IPO-bound Lenskart's valuation. "There are so many billions of dollars flowing in from retail investors, you've got to be out there as an investment banker exploiting that," Sharma said.
