Shares of WeWork India Management ended over 3% lower than the issue price on the BSE at ₹624.75 on the debut day, giving it a market capitalisation of ₹8,373 crore. It closed around 2% lower on the NSE. The flexible workspace operator's ₹3,000-crore IPO with a price band of ₹615-648 was subscribed 1.15 times, driven largely by institutional buyers.
