Wipro CEO and Managing Director Srini Pallia's total compensation declined more than 7% to around ₹49.6 crore in FY26, according to the company's annual report. He had earned about ₹53.6 crore in FY25. Pallia's FY26 pay package was lower than Infosys CEO Salil Parekh's ₹82.6 crore compensation, but higher than TCS CEO K Krithivasan's remuneration of ₹28 crore.
