Wipro will increase its stake in Aggne Global IT Services to 80% by acquiring an additional 20% shareholding. The deal, involving a cash consideration of $2.1 million, is expected to close by June 30, 2026. The acquisition aims to strengthen Wipro's insurance technology capabilities, particularly in AI-driven and IP-led solutions for the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
