Travel between Pune and Mumbai could soon become dramatically faster as NHAI moves ahead with plans for a second high-speed expressway corridor. The proposed 130-km route may reduce travel time to nearly 90 minutes and ease pressure on the existing Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
