Zepto CFO Ramesh Bafna received 138.3 million stock options during FY26, while chief business officer Devendra Meel and CPO Ankit Agarwal received 51.9 million and 13.2 million stock options, Moneycontrol reported. It added 246.5 million options to its ESOP pool ahead of its IPO. However, number of employees receiving grants declined to 1,725 in FY26 from 2,351 a year earlier.
