Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, said that it has received a GST demand order from UP tax authorities, amounting to over ₹128 crore, including interest and penalty. The order was issued in connection with the alleged short payment of output tax and excess availment of input tax credit for the period between April 2023 and March 2024.
