Eternal, the parent company of food delivery app Zomato and quick commerce platform Blinkit, has been served with a ₹9.63-crore GST demand notice from the Deputy Commissioner (ST), State Special Circle-I, Andhra Pradesh. The order, about the period from April 2023 to March 2024, confirms a GST demand of ₹6.49 crore, with an additional ₹2.5-crore interest and ₹64.87 lakh penalty.
