Failure to communicate such data makes it infeasible for Yugma (and to determine if the Services offered on the Website can be used by the User, as it is infeasible for the User to use the Application as it is intended to be used.

The SPI Rules further define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

· v. financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details;

· vi. physical, physiological and mental health condition;

· vii. sexual orientation;

· viii. medical records and history;

· ix. information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise;

· xi. call data records.
