Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the fund and its investors, maintaining robust and transparent communication.
Manage investor databases and marketing calendars specific to fund activities.
Develop presentations and reports for investor meetings, highlighting fund performance and strategies.
Implement investor relations programs, gathering and incorporating investor feedback for fund improvement.
Organize and conduct investor events, including webinars and meetings, to strengthen investor relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with legal standards.
Engage in ongoing communication with investors, providing portfolio updates and addressing inquiries.
Analyze investor feedback for continual improvement of fund strategies and investor relations practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, preferably in a venture capital, private equity, or investment fund setting.
Outstanding communication, analytical, and time management skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis, investor relations software, and CRM systems.
Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information effectively.

Compensation:

Competitive CTC of ₹21 lakhs per annum, comprising ₹18 lakhs as monthly pay and a ₹3 lakhs bonus paid at the end of 12 months.
Performance-related bonuses based on investor feedback.
