In Scope of Position based Promotions (INTERNAL only) Job Title – Branch Operations, NCT Location – Mumbai, India Role Description: Being part of TDI TSCO Operations as it being a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with key stake holders like Biz, Finance, Compliance, Technology all assigned activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner. Trade reporting and settlements are accurately managed and reconciled where issues are escalated for oversight. Internal & regulatory reporting deadlines are met within prescribed time lines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of Fixed Income (FI) and Money Market (MM) transactions executed by Global Markets treasury & Trading desks.

  • Monitor & report all trade settlements obligations as per the regulatory & internal cut-offs by reviewing reports published off the regulatory.

  • Daily compiling of regulatory prudential limits as per guidelines & set internal limits and onward reporting to management via MIS.

  • Reconciling underwriting & auction bidding info. as mandated under the Primary dealership business.

  • Reconcile Security Obligation and Nostro payments.

  • Prepare regulatory returns as per prescribed format with applying intelligence where required.

  • Reviewing Broker contract notes, Invoices raised by Vendors, publish MIS track/ update PO’s in dbbuyer with relevant co-ordination with Business / Account payable, Finance.

  • Preparing GST returns for onward centralized collation and submission to Govt.

  • Handle Internal & Audit queries, as delegated.

  • Lease with stake holders such as Business, Finance, Tax, Accounts payable as and when required.

  • Manage desk independently & ensure work life balance.

**Experience

Your skills and experience**

  • Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters Degree from recognized University.

  • Minimum 1year experience in the Fixed Income space would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft - MS Office.

  • Good communication skills, oral and written.

  • Ability to take initiative and coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, Internal stake holders & Regional teams).

  • Problem solving attitude and resolving conflicting situations.

  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and accuracy in pressure situations.

  • A customer and service orientation to ensure that outcomes are achieved in line with the organization’s expectations.
