We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating new business opportunities, and assisting in the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities:
Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to engage with potential customers and qualify their interest in our products/services.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services and effectively communicate our offerings to potential customers.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls or product demonstrations to gather information and assess customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunity creation.
Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and identify new business opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Graduated in 2022 or later
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects
Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
Good to have
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is advantageous
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software/technology industry
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools
Basic understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
Familiarity with Prospecting Tools (SalesNav, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
