Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer who can think about helping prospective clients with the right guidance for their marketing needs and in the process convince them to work with us.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience at a marketing agency. Preferably in a Business Development role.

We are NOT looking for a cold calling expert. We mainly work via personalized email / LinkedIn outreach OR work on incoming leads.

We are NOT looking for the organization’s "salesperson" who is adept at negotiation and follow up etc. We are instead looking for a consultative person who can show the prospect the value we provide and hence be able to close the project in our favor.

Requirements

• Good understanding of digital marketing - Given that's the product, we expect you to have a top-level understanding of all digital channels and be able to guide a prospect about what is best for them.

• To sell the marketing solutions like SEO, PPC, Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Website Design & Development to the domestic & international markets.

• Understanding Client's advertising objectives to define digital marketing strategies that will help them achieve their objectives.

• Creating marketing proposals for sales pitch to clients.

• Designing and delivering online media plans / presentations for clients.

• Must have experience into digital/ internet sales.

• Excellent listener and Clear Communicator.

• Keen passion towards learning - You may not know it all but you should want to know it all and keep learning. If not for that want, what's the point of doing anything anyway, right?

• Being able to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Ethically & Morally correct - As an organization, we are big believers in doing right and we expect each of our teammates to come with the same thought process.

• Times will be tough, some or the other day, but you should do right by everybody - no matter what.
