Desvelado Advisory is seeking a talented and driven Equity Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a group of consultant analysts, fostering their development and expertise in equity research.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and insightful equity research, analysis, and financial modeling to generate investment recommendations.
- Lead a team of consultant analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company earnings and valuation.
- Produce high-quality research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the investment team to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting assigned sectors.
- Engage in client meetings and calls to discuss research findings and investment ideas.
- Participate in conferences and industry events to expand knowledge and network.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A CFA charter or progress towards it is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in equity research or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and mentorship.
- Proficiency in using financial databases and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
