Responsibilities:

As an Executive - Renewal & Retention, you will be responsible for the following:

Customer Coordination:

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers.

• Coordinate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer support to address queries and concerns promptly.

Client and Internal Team Collaboration:

• Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth renewal and retention process.

• Collaborate with the internal team to address customer requirements and enhance their experience.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily activity data related to renewal and retention activities.

• Utilize relevant tools and systems for efficient data management.

Timely Follow-up:

• Implement a proactive approach in following up with customers to ensure timely renewals.

• Address any potential issues or concerns raised during follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduation

• Experience range: 0 - 3 years

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
