Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Onboarding and Orientation:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.

• Contribute to the development of onboarding materials.

Employee Relations:

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• Handle basic employee inquiries and provide support as needed.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.

• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in the planning and execution of training programs.

• Support initiatives to enhance employee development.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and functions.
