Summary
1. To monitor field operations in real-time to ensure adherence to established processes and standards. 2. To Identify and address issues or challenges faced by field associates promptly. 3. Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot problems and provide guidance on effective solutions. 4. Maintain regular communication with field associates to provide updates, instructions, and support. 5. Review and analyze documentation related to field activities such as reports and forms, to ensure completeness and accuracy. 6. Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.

Who can apply?
Eligibility Criteria
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a renowned university with a strong interest and competency in political systems, government structures, and international relations.
2. Basic research and analytical skills, with the willingness to learn and develop these skills further.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to improve and present information.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
