Snap’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world (used by 750 million people around the world every day); Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and our AR glasses, Spectacles.

Snap India has been a cornerstone of Snap’s growth since 2019. Snap has made significant investments in localizing the app and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community in India.

The Product Marketing team uses a balance of art and science to inspire and drive monetisation product development and product growth. They work in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and how Snapchat helps businesses grow. They also build business cases to evaluate product development opportunities.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead product marketing for India, at Snap.

  • Be a recognized Brand and Direct Response Ads solutions expert and to develop go-to market strategies and growth plans for India, including Solutions positioning, narratives, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies

  • Continuously assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking in order to influence our monetization strategy

  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly

  • Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat’s Solutions for advertisers

  • Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership

  • A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry dynamics - Brand and Performance marketing

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex detail into clear plans and communications

    • Data based decision making

    • Cross Functional leadership and alignment

    • Program Management

    • Strong public speaking skills and comfortable with client presentations

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, business, or economics) or equivalent years of experience

    • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, marketing strategy or equivalent experience

    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA)

      • Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption

      • At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams

      • Advertising experience at digital ads platform, media agency, or in house with advertiser
