Achieve asset products targets of the region through management of Area Heads.

Training & skills enhancement of Channel Managers on asset products.

Appointment of DSAs for Secured Loans.

Achieve disbursement targets through DSAs.

DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc).

Training and development of DSAs.
-
Increasing productivity of Channel Management team and DSAs.

Compliance on KYC and PDDs.
