India's recent port restrictions on certain imports from Bangladesh will hit goods worth ₹6,600 crore and affect nearly 42% of bilateral imports, according to reports. India has restricted imports of readymade garments, valued at ₹5,290 crore, and other items, including processed foods, cotton, and wooden furniture, valued at ₹1,310 crore. Bangladesh had earlier restricted some Indian goods.

Bajaj Auto's European unit, which holds 49.9% stake in troubled KTM AG, has secured a ₹5,400-crore (€544 million) one-year loan. He was referring to insolvency and loan default petitions filed against BYJU'S by multiple lenders.
