The Directorate General of GST Intelligence had issued a show cause notice to First Games in April for unpaid tax. One97 Communications said that the tax matter is an industry-wide issue and not limited to First Games.

On January 20, a total of 5,88,107 life insurance policies were sold across India by 4,52,839 agents, LIC noted.
